Desired Candidate Profile :  - To assist Group President - HR in Talent Acquisition & Development and Rewards Management.   - Reported by Team of HR Generalists and Specialists.  - Hands on person with Business accumen, Good inter-personal and communication skills.   - Strategic Thinker, proactive and change oriented.  - Should be around 35 years old and Post Graduate from reputed B-School.   - Preferably Mumbai based or willing to relocate to Mumbai  Job Role :  - To design, develop & implement people policies and processes (PMS, L&D, Comp & Ben and Selection etc.) across the group.  - Influence the HODs & key stake holders for successful rollout & timely completion of HR processes & initiatives.  - Interact and work closely with Business HR for Team Synergy and effective execution / cascade for corporate HR initiatives.   - To create & maintain culture that is progressive and engaging.   - Necessary Exposure: Having managed Human Resource Function for atleast 3- 5 years at a corporate level as an HR Generalist.   - Additional Proficiencies : Should be comfortable operating, MS - Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.  - Exposure to working on HR Software would be an added advantage.
