General Manager-Corporate (Finance and Account)  Required Competencies :   - Qualified CA in finance with 10 - 12 yrs of total work experience in NGO and EDUCATION industry  - Candidate must be fully conversant with Finance and Accounting Management  - Candidate must be fully conversant with Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting  - Candidate must be very well versed in dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions  - Candidate must be experienced with arranging Project Finance for various projects as well as Expansions etc.  - Knowledge of innovative Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms will serve as an added advantage for the applicant  - Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skill  Details Job Description :  - Responsible for maintenance of books of accounts and development & implementation of compliance with Accounting Standards on receivables, payables, expenses, revenue, employee accounts and claims, General Ledger Accounting, preparation annual budget of units and consolidation, preparing agenda and organizing Management Board and Finance committee meetings  - Responsible for handling the financial and accounting activities of the multi-location units at corporate level.  - Preparation of bank proposal for Working capital limits & other bank finances like term loans etc.  - Preparing financial reports that showcase and anticipate the organization's financial position in terms of revenue and profitability; Project Implementation, Monitoring and Capitalization of Fixed Assets.  - Evaluation of operational efficiency levels & recommending cost control measures for improvement in accounting/ taxation processes. Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control systems, financial systems, and management procedures to ensure that records are accurate and controls are adequate.  - Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable & invoicing, collection, cash flow and reporting of working capital performance.  - Handling the cash and cash transitions with Finance/Fund Management  Banking operations relating to preparation of projected Balance sheets, projected data for sanction of working capital limits. Preparation of CMS data for annual appraisal of bank Limits. Liaising with banks / financial institutions for raising adequate finance to meet working capital and long-term capital requirements.  - Monitoring the inward / outward flow of funds and taking adequate measures to ensure availability and optimum utilization of fund.  Taxation / Statutory Compliances :  - Coordinating with Internal and Statutory auditors  - Ensuring the compliance of Income tax, TDS, Service Tax, and other statutory requirements.  - Ensuring timely filing of returns as per the mandatory enactments.  - Liaison with various government departments, ensuring smooth business operations.  - Audit and Statutory Compliance: - Finalization of Books, Statutory and both Direct and Indirect Tax.  - FCRA, DSIR, IT assessment and audit of service tax etc. and compliances.  - Dealing with sponsoring agencies and their compliances  - Any other assignment given by management
