Key Responsibilities :
- Identification of achievable Marketing and Brand Objective and strategy to reach the same.
- Development of Brand Positioning and Brand Architecture. Evolving and driving the Marketing & strategic brand vision.
- ATL-BTL functions, Yearly Marketing Budgeting, Media Planning & Buying, Branding, Advertising, Promotions, Events & Exhibitions, Public relations, Market Research, Product Launch, Direct Marketing, Digital Media Marketing & other communication activities.
- Development of brochures, catalogues Press Ads, website, digital & social media, radio spot, ad films etc.
- Extensive experience in internal communication & PR, been the advisor to management for external and internal communication including press meets, media interviews, press releases, image management, relationship with journalists etc.
- Major online/web based marketing initiatives.
- Comprehensive Advertising budget determination along with the marketing and communication strategy for the year
Brand Management Frameworks - Responsible for the overall coordination and review of long-term policies & strategies.
Campaign Management : Marketing Management and coordination of corporate marketing and branding initiatives including the development of campaign plans; coordination of the campaign development process, briefing of campaigns to Creative, Social Media & PR Agencies.
- Chief facilitator for all Corporate and branding collaterals viz. Corporate Ads and Films, Brand Ambassadors, Media Buying and Planning, Annual Reports, Product Ads and Social Media plans.
Functional Experience Requirements :
- Have at least 15 years of experience in all areas of Marketing, PR & Communication
- Have very good experience in working with service organizations
- Have experience in driving Corp Messaging strategy across various channels
- Have experience in Developing & Implementing Localized Marketing communications Programs
- Have experience in increasing Brand Awareness using ATL/BTL activities
- Have experience in working with Sales teams on various campaigns to drive leads
- Have strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- Must possess excellent communication skills
