Position Objective:
1) To generate revenue through corporate training
Duties & Responsibilities / KRAs:
Business Development (B2B):
Interacting and exploring the possible opportunity of training & placement in the defined territory
Generate revenue by identifying new clients by offering Corporate Training Program
Increase revenue from the existing accounts and maintain relationship
Understanding the complete Employers requirement and customizing solutions accordingly
Responsible for revenue and margins
Coordinate and manage logistics for corporate training programs
Coordinate with the employers and centres to ensure flawless interview process
Developing & Managing Partners in new region.
Generating business through partners.
Alliances
- Get tie-ups done for pre-placement with various organizations
- Generate Placement opportunities for candidates completing the programs
- Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore opportunities of introducing new models or placing more students
- Generate openings and ensure to place all the students completing programs
