Position: General Manager- Compensation&Benefits
15 to 20 years of experience in HR Compensation and Benefits.
Responsible for Comp & Benefits Function in India. Responsible for:
- Have common Comp & Benefit practices across the organisation
- Responsible for WSI recommendation from India for all employees
- Benchmarks with other companies to proactively cover future developments and to initiate appropriate measures/projects in close cooperation with HR Business partners
- Prepare salary midpoints for the country
- Provide job evaluation support to all locations, provide Hay evaluation method training to HR Business partners as and when required
- Ensure Hay Grade harmonization across the organisation
- Evaluate new positions and ensure correct grading
- Ensure correct increment matrix/ distribution during Annual appraisal.
- Administration of common benefits across the country - Variable Pay, Insurance, Pension and Benefit Plans
