Profile :  - To manage the entire spectrum Sales / Lease of commercial portfolio of the company.  - To devise marketing strategies (including pricing, extent of promotion, positioning of facilities / property in the appropriate market segments etc.) in coordination with Marketing Team.  - To devise Sales strategies including documentation required & information memoranda on the details of the transaction.  - To review information, analysis, strategy, pre sales, sales and customer relations.  - To generate enquiries & develop business for upcoming projects, whilst continuously monitoring and evaluating price trends in the market.  - To ongoingly explore opportunities with investors / investment opportunities for the Company.  - To provide inputs for product improvement in terms the right configuration, mix & design to the architects.  - Coordinate with Multi-disciplinary teams for overall Architecture and Engineering plans  - Monitoring the Lease Terms & Lease Renewals  - Preparing Budgets for Cash Flows, Monitoring Lease Rentals and Managing Lease Escalations/Renewals  - Monitoring collections with an objective of 100% revenue collection on time  - Variance Analysis. Penalizing the clients with interest on delayed payments and Initiating Legal Measures  - Other income generation through activities in the Park viz. Film Shootings; Setting up ATMs, Kiosks, etc.  - Managing requirements for STPI, SEZ, Customs & Liaison  - Managing Insurance portfolio commercial Space. (also for the buildings under construction)  - Maintain Public Relations and Liaison with Govt.
