General Manager - Commercial - CA - Manufacturing (12-18 yrs)
Chartered Accountant (must) having 12 - 18 years of experience in Finance and Taxation in manufacturing, Engineering, Cement, Pharma etc
Role & Responsibilities:
- Taxation (direct & indirect DGFT, VAT, Duty drawback, Customs, incentives), liasoning with Authorities.
- Banking from proposal to fund rising & risk analysis
- Project review (negotiation with vendors, review progress, interaction with concerned authorities)
- Commercial activities in respect of inventory management, costing & implementation of best systems.
- Co-ordination with auditors for finalization of accounts
