Looking for candidates who have worked in the tyre industry, ideally should have worked in Africa specifically Nigeria but if someone is heading the sales division in other geographies, that should also be fine.
The role would involve :
Achievement of sales targets in the area.
Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans for the area under control.
Aggressive on the ground promotion of the Tyres brand and its products
Supervising the sales team to contact for dealers and customers for all issues.
The sales team is responsible for ensuring the relevant functions in company are
Regular analysis to identify gaps as well as opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Should be from Tyre background with good knowledge of Tyre industry, Africa experience would be an added advantage
Responsible for sales & business development of Tyre Brand in the region or area
15 to 20 years experience, with the most recent experience being in aggressively driving sales in a large territory by direct actions as well as in leading a sales team.
Good exposure of Channel sales/Channel Business within the territory or assigned area
