General Manager - Capital Market - Land Transactions (2-10 yrs)
- LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES HAVING EXPERIENCE INTO LAND TRANSACTIONS - FROM ORIGINATION TO EXECUTION... DOING ALL THE FINANCIAL MODEL, DUE DILIGENCE, DEBT SYNDICATION ETC-
JD:
- Key focus area would be deal generation/ business development and client relationship management.
- Also managing end-to-end execution involving preparation of deal material, liaising with the client and all stake holders involved and ensure seamless information flow, assisting in due diligence processes and ensuring final deal closure.
- Actively involved in deals involving land dispositions, joint developments/joint venture contracts, lease rental discounting, structured finance/ mezzanine financing, preferred equity and private equity placements.
- Leading to conclusion key Land Transactions.
- Executing various debt/ structured finance transactions.
- Work closely with the Business Development team on select clients who require transaction or account management support on a sustained basis as well as source new accounts.
- Cater to specific portfolio needs such as lease acquisitions, lease dispositions, occupancy planning, organizational and operational synergies etc.
Candidates Profile:
- The candidate needs to have a very strong exposure into capital markets and debt syndication pertinent to real estate industry. (LAND TRANSACTIONS)
- Should have led to conclusion critical land transactions, preferably commercial.
- Candidate needs to be currently in Mumbai
- Candidates with an experience of more than 7 years need not apply.
- Ideal candidate would be from a facility management organization, real estate firm or financial and banking institutions
