GM/AVP Media Sales with Leading Media Company in Delhi
Purpose : This position is, to Head Media Sales nationally and be responsible for Sales targets across regions.
Main interactions
Internal : Employees at all levels / functional heads / corporate
External : Media Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Clients, Media Partners
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the All India Sales team, performance appraisal of managers and their executives
- Planning & forecasting quarterly vertical targets
- Maintaining and scaling up performance of Key Accounts & ensuring optimal out put from the team members.
- Provide direction in the development of sales pitches and proposals
- Think of creative ways which would lead the team to attract more sales & attention of the customer. Manage customer expectations and resolve customer issues.
- Oversee the implementation of a nationwide Sales activities which would drive numbers to achieve targets set out by the business
- Monitor the viewing patterns and latest sales structures through regular contact with local cinema management and the staff
- Oversee collection and ageing and take necessary decisions
Profile :
Experience and Qualification :
- An individual from Media industry who is known for his ability and talent to drive Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Local and National markets.
- To build an end to end solution
- Post graduate degree in Business Management.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, handling a large team nationally.
- Reports to the COO.
