Job profile:

- Develops and implements business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Brand's overall mission, vision, values and strategies

- Achieves the hotel's profit, customer service and revenue goals by directing the operation of the hotel

- Develops the annual business plan and capital budget in conjunction with the Controller and Regional Vice President of Operations and assists in obtaining owner's approval

- Collaborates with other company businesses to leverage resources, purchases, revenues and training opportunities

- Maximises revenue by developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the Management Services Team

- Works with the Executive Team to continually improve hotel operations by evaluating guest services provided and responding to opportunities within the market

- Analyse business results on a regular basis and takes actions to improve results as appropriate

- Continually monitors forward projections and communicates variances to corporate office
