GE Healthcare   JOB TYPE: MARKETING - CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST  Function: Marketing   Family: Marketing Operations   Description:  The Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of the global marketing operations infrastructure used to create, approve and deploy marketing content via marketing automation systems. The Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist contributes to the implementation of the marketing campaigns and customer engagement automation programs implemented in all regions. The role reports to the Senior Director, Global Marketing Operations.   Key responsibilities/essential functions include:  - Create, test, deploy and report on campaigns within Marketo to support global campaigns  - Implement tasks to ensure proper Marketo database quality and campaign implementation   - Contribute improvements to marketing automation infrastructure programs to improve campaign efficiency  - Support provisioning and administration of Marketo User access for GE Healthcare users  - Provide education and support as needed to GE Healthcare Marketo user community  - Support proper use of compliant promotional content used by marketing and sales  - Work with the IT Marketo Technology lead to support the evaluation, test, and deployment of new marketing automation features  Quality Specific Goals:  - Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position  - Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines  - Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required  Required Qualifications:   - 1-3 years web/digital marketing experience, including HTML5, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript programming experience  - Ability to interact and work with multiple functions/stakeholders in a global setting  - Team oriented - collaborates with others to solve business problems  - Apply analytical tools and techniques to report marketing operations effectiveness  - Strong written & oral communication skills  - Excellent understanding of latest web and social media technologies  Strongly desired :  - Previous experience with Marketo (Strong preference) or similar marketing automation system  - Previous experience integrating marketing automation programs with Salesforce CRM  - Previous experience with web services and API (SOAP/REST) integration
