Role Summary/Purpose:

- Position will be within the finance team for GE Global Servicing and will be a direct report to the FP&A Leader.

- This position will be responsible for ensuring financial planning & analysis for the Hyderabad(IN) and Manila(PH) sites for GEGS.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Develop & manage the financial planning & forecasting processes for GEGS Hyderabad and Manila sites.

- Work closely with the Controllership group within GEGS-IN & PH & Retail Finance, to manage the monthly/quarterly closing activities.

- Ensure that monthly reporting packages with variance analysis/comments are sent out on or before the due dates to respective stakeholders.

- Lead and manage the revenue accruals & coordinate billing process with Controllership team for GEGS-IN.

- Manage the headcount reconciliation process for GEGS - IN & PH in coordination with H.R and WFM teams.

- Own the cost center management process within GEGS to ensure efficacy and efficiency in capturing costs.

- Review the revenue and expense accrual processes in coordination with the Controller to ensure zero surprises.

- Coordinate with the internal and external auditors with regards to audit of revenue recognition.

- Own and publish the monthly FP&A dashboard and share the same with the GEGS leadership timely on a monthly basis.

- Identify productivity initiatives within the business, both cost out and transactional productivity.

- Work on various adhoc projects/proposals including cost benefit analysis, Buy Vs Lease etc.

- Drive standardization and automation within the FP&A teams across Hyderabad & Manila.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- CA or CWA or CPA having 6+ years of proven expertise in the areas of financial planning/Controllership or MBA(Finance) with 10+ years of direct experience in financial planning with at least 3 - 4 years in IT/ITES industry.

- Excellent controllership, analytical and reporting capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and achieve performance goals in a high volume environment.

- Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly facilitation and influencing skills.

- Proven ability to make decisions based on quantitative analysis and creative thinking.

- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to foster relationships and create informal networks, both internal and external.

- High level of commitment, initiative, vision, and enthusiasm.

- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups.

- Willingness to work with partial coverage for U.S. Eastern time zone
