For us a huge plus would be previous experience working in the project management/ client enagement domain for an analytics firm.  Roles and responsibilities:  Client Engagement:  - Responsible for client engagement/management and running meetings and presentations for senior and top client management teams  - Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule / budgets, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of the project to the client.  - Spearheading steering group and governance board meetings.  Project Management:  - Spearhead end to end project management from ideation and business assessment to project process structuring, management approval and budgeting for successful completion of project delivery  - Managing scope, engagement risks & their mitigation plans, costs, schedules, project estimation, process rationalization, monitoring and benefit realization.  - Managing customer, onsite/offshore resources, setting up the required processes for the entire engagement including quality management processes.  - Overseeing the continuous review of systems, methods, and processes, determining appropriate improvements to enhance efficiencies and reduce costs, periodic process audits.  On time and On-budget delivery of projects  Business Development:  - Contribute significantly to creating new project pipelines by making business development pitches   SPOC:  - Serve as a communication bridge between business and technical stakeholders   - Provide inputs to company’s internal project health and reporting processes  Innovator:  - Work on developing & implementing innovative and practical solutions for global clients in multiple sectors ranging from healthcare, telecom, retail, e-commerce, financial services, sports, legal intelligence etc.  - Engage with senior leadership to develop strategy, design and develop; engage with client management for existing and new deployments.  Team Management:  - Leading multiple analytics delivery teams working on a variety of projects, managing and ensuring successful business benefits delivery for multiple clients.  - Provide vision, purpose, direction, and motivation to teams.
