ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF EDC ECOM BOOKING PROCESS MANAGER   - Responsible for overall booking / Pick up operational performance of that particular EDC   - Ensure pick up process compliance pertaining to funnel download, vendor contacts, manifest check, location scan etc by all the pick up personnel   - Implement & maintain 100% CP scan of all market place pick ups & drive compliance & performance   - Ensuring that data download, providing customer visibility & connectivity to hub from the branch happens on the same day of pick up   - Coordination with hub teams to connect the picked up shipments on the same day   - Track unconnected shipments for more than 24 hours & ensure their connectivity on same from hub / branch   - Communicate to customers on case to case basis the potential delays (more than 24 hours if any) caused in pick ups   - Estimate load forecasts for the EDC (Ou wise) in coordinating with the product head / EDC BD head & arrive at the pick up capacity required   - Plan man power (associates, executives, bikers & 4 wheelers) for executing pick ups across various cities in that EDC   - Plan man power (associates, executives, bikers & 4 wheelers) for executing sorting & mother bagging activities at the sort centers of that EDCs   - Coordinate with delivery team for arriving at shared resource usage (pick up boy, vehicle) for both deliveries & pick ups   - Ensuring sorting & mother bag compliance for all small shipments (- 5 kg) at all Hub centers   - Drive Reverse pick ups - processes & compliance & ensure all pick ups done on or before 48 hours   - Monitor miss pick up cases & fake remark cases & ensuring stringent action against defaulters of fake updates   - Conduct periodic training programs for all pick up personnel on changing process requirements & ensure awareness among people   REPORTING STRUCTURE   Captain - EDC operations head   Cocaptain - Zonal Ecom Manager   Coach - HSCO   REPORTEES   1) All pick up incharges (Can be executive of an associate) in all the Pick up OU's of that EDC to funtionally report to the Pick up Manager   2) EDC PDC coordinator
