Role Purpose :

- Role takes care of Guiding business strategy of Kausar, fundraising, Analysis of Business Plan, Dealing with foreign investors.

People Management :

- Preparation of financial statements.

- Discussing and implementing the various financial plans offered by the management.

- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

- Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.

- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
