Key Deliverable :

- Draw up Gati Distribution Warehouse business objectives in line with organization objectives

- Ensure resource availability to meet growing business needs

- Manage costs while scaling up the business to meet the revenue targets of the GDW

- Provide direction to the eCommerce Team with clear KPI's

- Train the resources on functional aspects

- Responsible for End to End eCommerce operations & handling the queries & escalations.

- Have hands on experience in Cargo/ Logistics industry

- Ability to work with strict dead lines

- Analytical approach in problem solving

- Demonstrable experience in handling the operations

- Good planning and project management skills

Travel Required extensively.
