Education - MBA/PGDM-HR(Premier B-schools only)

Industry - Product Manufacturing ( OEM - Auto, Auto -Ancillary, White goods - Electronics, FMCG)

Experience - HR Strategy & Operations, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, University Relations, PMS, Employee Engagement,Total Rewards, IT enabled HR processes, Mentoring & Coaching.

Exposure to the working environment of manufacturing & plant setup

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategy formulation and execution for TA,PMS,Employee Engagement, Total Rewards,University Relations

2) Transform HR by moving to IT enabled practices

3) Drive the HR core team for executing the day to day activities

4) Would be looking after the entire gamut of HR for Sales & Marketing, Operations( Pune & Wai Plant) and Corporate groups.
