Job description: Business Head, Sun control Film, Domestic operations.  Designation: Business Head, will be based in Mumbai  Overall responsibility for the domestic operations of Suncontrol films in the architectural and automobile segment and to establish Garware's brands in new segments by expanding usage.  - Responsible to deliver on turnover, profitability & managing the domestic business.  - To conceptualise on how to grow consumption of Garware's Suncontrol films   - Execute the business expansion, creation of business plan, go to market strategies, selection of product.   - Strengthen the dealer/ distributor/ project network to service this market expansion  - Sales Forecasting, manpower planning, logistics to ensure targets are met   - Develop Advertising Strategy  - Work along with top management for managing profitability and take pricing decisions.  - Set up a system of secondary sales reporting and tracking for retail and project segments.   - Improve brand presence in projects and give direction to a retail visibility plan  - Elevate the brands image and give strategic direction to Advertising so as to improve demand generation and the brands image  Candidate profile  - The person should have handled a business not less than 80Cr -150Cr as a Business head or Head of sales and marketing.  - Should have proven track record of managing the launch of a new category or establishing a new business from scratch quickly pan India.  - Excellent team building and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing a new business/ new category.   - The person has to be systems driven & professional in his approach to building business as well as a leader who provides vision and direction to his team.  - Education: Engineering Graduate with MBA in Marketing both from premier Institutes, Age: 38-45 years  - Experience: 15-20 years in sales and marketing with at least 5-8 years as head of a business.
