Role : Program Specialist - Presales/ Proposals/ RFIs/ RFPs
Job Responsibilities :
- Drive retention and Net Customer Value Increase (NCVI) by producing custom proposals and reports in situations that automated tools do not support.
- Working closely and collaboratively with Client Partners to devise effective solutions thereby ensuring that Client requirements are closely aligned to Gartner product offerings.
- Conduct outside-in and inside-out research and analysis to identify Client's Mission Critical Priorities and map them to best of Gartner assets
- Implement or recommend improvements to current procedures to improve productivity in managing a high volume of custom proposals at a high quality standard
- Identify opportunities to improve templates for outside-in- s, proposal etc.
- Impact key performance metrics for custom proposal support, including retention and NCVI
- Enrich custom proposal support tools roadmap
- Ensure standardization of proposals, process and tools across board in the outside-ins and custom proposal production process.
- Recommend any process improvements that can improve quality and productivity of projects.
- Ensure knowledge of any updates or enhancements that would contribute to the outside-ins and custom proposals for the clients.
- Manage workload and fulfill requests with little or no oversight
Desired Profile :
- Graduate / Post Graduate from top tier institutes with experience of 0-2 years in proposal creation, RFP review, and presentations in any technology, business or research company
- Good experience in presales, experience of working on proposals
- Specific work experience related to focus on research and building business recommendations a plus
- Candidate should have excellent communication and written skills, especially in proposal writing
- Ability to write Case studies /Collaterals/Create presentation for management
- Ability to derive insights based on quantitative or qualitative analysis and synthesize recommendations to business.
- Self-starter with an extreme sense of urgency and motivation to drive business initiatives beyond the assigned tasks
- Prior experience of interacting with the Sales associate and exposure of working in a global environment
- Knowledge seeker with passion and curiosity for information technology and how it is used in businesses around the world
- Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality
