Gamut Analytics - Manager - Analytics - Presales Business Analysis

Very strong in communication :

- Primarily face customer as a business analyst, and understand the business problem,

- Provide solution (proposal) to transform the business problem into technical solution.

- Should have Pre-sales background (i.e. experience in preparing proposals in MS PowerPoint, Word docs etc.)

- Experience/Exposure in the areas like Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Visualization, Data Analysis and Big Data

- Work on POCs/Projects as needed with delivery team

- Works with stakeholders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs, reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes in areas of reporting and analytics

- Clearly articulates and documents business requirements

- Provide recommendations related to proposed solution

- Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands

- Manage ongoing relationship with stakeholders and help meet organization goals through reporting and analytics solutions

- Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions

- Experience working with BI Technologies

- Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues

- Translating and simplifying requirements

- Requirements management and communication

- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements

- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules

- Take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback

- Possesses understanding in the areas of Data analysis, ETL, Data Governance, MDM, Data Integrity, Datawarehouse

- Possess understanding of latest trends in Big Data

Qualification :

Any Graduate:- B.Tech/B.E/MCA/BCA/B.Sc etc Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis, Presales / Consulting

- Experience in Health care domain (preferable)
