Gallup's Organizational Structure Specialist work with external clients to develop roll-up structures using clients' employee or customer samples. You will work directly with clients to help them define their organizational structure and best means to obtain the appropriate data. You will be a natural relationship builder with instant credibility and confidence in communication with colleagues and clients.   Qualifications  - The ideal candidate will have total fluency in English. You must be proficient in Microsoft® Excel®, including a working knowledge of basic functions (e.g., vlookup, sumif). VBA (or a desire to learn) would be an added benefit.
