Position: AVP - IT Services Sales
Reporting to: VP - Marketing Communications & People Operations
Experience & Education
8+ years of work experience with +5 years leading IT Services/Outsourcing sales
Role Description
In this role you will be leading business development initiatives to generate the IT Services projects for Gaian Consultants, an IT Outsourcing organization. This involves selling large outsourcing contracts to new and existing Gaian Consultants- customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Customer Discovery
Generate sales pipeline and discover customers via digital marketing and networking
Gather competitive knowledge about different service providers to create a successful pursuit strategy
- Business Development
Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with prospects
Own the complete sales cycle for Gaian Consultants
Lead and/or build the proposal in line with RFI, RFP requirements by working with business and technical leadership/ delivery teams
Client/prospect engagement & reporting
- Communications & Team Management
Assisting marketing teams about the service marketing initiatives
Creating Microsoft PowerPoint sales presentations & Microsoft Excel reports for management/prospects/clients
Ability to train/mentor junior sales and marketing staff
Travel: Up to 40%
