Academic Qualifications : CSM, PMI ACP along with engineering majors
Role Description
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-- ups, etc.)
- Demonstrates in-depth expertise in Agile methodology and best practices including Scrum and XP
- Recommends process improvements to increase team productivity
- Provides leadership, direction and consulting for project in alignment with the applicable frameworks
- Provides guidance to teams on Scrum values, practices and rules
- Identify and communicate improvement areas, deficiencies and non-compliance issues escalate as needed
