At least 3 years of experience of catering to clients in Middle East and Africa  Desired candidate profile :   - Should have experience of working in IT Product sales preferably with managed service model  - Should be familiar with media & broadcast industry, working with cable, IPTV & Telecom operators and large enterprises in MEA region.  - Excellent teamwork skills   - Understanding of the key factors influencing the business, including competitive landscape  - Strong presentation skills and maturity in decision making  - Strong result orientation, excellent relationship management skills.  - Skills in strategizing, planning and delivering alternate approaches aimed at enhancing business results in a demanding environment  Key Responsibilities :   - Responsible for preparing and achieving sales targets for MEA business   - Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.   - Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms   - Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, product demo, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.   - Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to senior management and across organization.   - Work in close collaboration with presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers- business and technology needs.   - Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.   - Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.   The candidate is expected to seed the MEA business and expand it across the region.
