About the Role : Inside Sales, Leadership Role

Gaian Solutions is looking for a B2B lead generation expert who has managed a team of people to deliver qualified leads to the sales team enabling them to reach targets. The person should have a rolodex already in place to use.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work very closely with the sales team to determine the target market and product positioning

- Determine the strategy to develop and strengthen the sales funnel for all businesses of Gaian

- Prepare a lead generation strategy for all businesses and create the database

- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and sales reporting

- Responsible for end to end Bid Management starting from bid qualification to submission

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Generate direct leads of customers or partners, set up meetings with decision makers for easy closure.

- Manage all pre-sales collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, email templates etc.)

- Ensure that targets for leads generated, bids submitted and sales closure are met

- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events

Skills :

- Analytical, diligent and meticulous

- Builds and manages teams efficiently

- Excellent communication skills

- Results oriented

- Hungry for growth; willing to go the extra mile to build a successful organization.

The business is expected to grow at a minimum 10x YOY for the next 2 years.

Good to have :

- Experience in Pre-sales or lead generation for at least 3 - 5 years.

- Graduate, Post Graduate with 7+ years of experience

- Ideally from IT Cloud Product/Service based company with both B2B & B2C offerings.
