PRODUCT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced wallet / digital payments product manager to lead the creation, development and Implementation for a digital payment solution / wallet which is also a loyalty instrument. The initial focus will be on the development and launch of new features in existing e-wallets connected to customers in India with loyalty being a critical aspect. Based on consumer expectations and behavior, define, launch and deliver delightful and differentiated web and app experience (features and functionality) to consumers.

Key Responsibilities / Performance Requirements:

- Customer Adoption and Conversion

Overall Accountability for increasing total customers, repeat interactions and conversions on the digital platform

- Features Definition & Roadmap Creation

Research and Baseline Product Features vis a vis competition and finalize product roadmap in conjunction with the business head.

Conduct Requirements Analysis, Develop User Stories, requirements document and Acceptance Criteria

Feature success and adoption Metrics Definition.

- Usability Management

User research and finalizing the least friction customer interaction flow.

Develop wireframes, graphic and visual designs in line with feature success goals.

- Development Coordination & Project Mgt

Ensure effective and efficient execution of features in collaboration with peers in other functions such as Engineering, Loyalty, Affiliates and Operations

Ongoing communication and collaboration with Engineering to develop, test, and launch the product

Communication planning and status reports to the senior leadership team.

- QA

Final QA and sign off before feature is made live

Develop A/B testing process to understand customer behavior before full rollout.

Collaborate with the training/development team to design training materials

- Post rollout

Monitoring of feature success metrics and taking immediation steps in case customers and conversion reduces.(e.g., of adoption and usage)

- Desired Qualifications and Skills:

B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT) + MBA

7+ years of relevant product management experience in ecommerce or digital payments / wallets

Experience building online services, preferably consumer-facing

Very familiar with potential technology solutions and service providers

Experience working in new concepts or startups a plus

Experience working in an existing wallet / digital payments company is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direction

Understanding of customer loyalty initiatives

Experience tying up with partners / affiliates

Payment / financial knowledge

Strong consumer relationship/interaction skills

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

Excellent communication and organizational
