- As a sustainability professional the team leader conduct gap assessment for identified material issues, sector best practices and conduct bench-marking as required

- Conduct environmental and social impact assessment across supply chain.

- Develop KPIs for identified material issues and assist business in rolling out the KPIs across locations and corporate office

- Create sustainability awareness through developing creative engagement channels with stakeholders

- Develop thought leadership and knowledge papers on sustainability-related topics for publication

- Prepare and support the delivery of the presentation to top management.

- Roll out data collection formats for various indicators under GRI G4, responsible for data collation and analysis of the information received

- Develop annual sustainability report, business responsibility report by collating relevant content

- Organize capacity building workshops on various environmental issues such as carbon foot printing, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility

Skills and Competencies :-

- Having 2- 3 years of experience working in corporate sustainability function or sustainability consulting firm.

- Having an academic degree in business or engineering, environmental engineering

- Knowledge of sustainability issues and their management in India.

- Strong social, facilitation and communication skills and experience from presenting for large groups of people

- Self-starter

- Good command over English and Hindi, both oral and written

- Analytical, empathetic and able to communicate effectively, respond calmly and make decisions
