Job Title : Sr Manager - Customer Services   Designation : Sr Manager - Operations   Grade : M6   Reporting Relationship : Reporting to VP (Customer Service)   Function / Department : Operations - Customer Services   Branch / Location : Thane Hub   Purpose of Role :   - Heading Customer Services - Complaints & Email   Description of Role :  - Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all the Units.  - Monitor TATs and ensure adherence to the agreed TATs.  - Complete recruitment as per agreed plan and ensure training of the resources.  - Ensure system and process for front-ending of Complaints & email Response   - Ensuring customer Experience for all customer interaction at front-end be it FTR of Emails, Complaints etc  - Continuously work out innovative methods to enhance Customer Satisfaction.  - Reporting to Management through periodic MIS.  - Exploring possibilities for innovative methods in service excellence.   - Undertake continuous process reviews to enhance overall quality and efficiency.   Competencies :   - Team Management   - Domain Expertise   - System competency   - Industry knowledge   Education & Experience : Post Graduate   - Insurance qualification preferable   Experience : 10+ years  Salary: Upto 12 lakhs
