Job Title : Senior Manager - Business Solutions   Designation : Senior Manager   Direct Reports : Applicable (6 to 10 Members)   Reporting Relationship : Reporting to Vice Psecident   Function / Department : Operations / Business Solutions   Branch / Location : Thane HUB   Purpose of Role : Analyze requirements, Requirement Documentation, Prepare test scenarios/ cases & conduct comprehensive testing of IT enhancements and smooth rollout into production.   Description of Role :   Key Responsibilities :   - Act as a mentor and coach for business analyst team for domain knowledge and ensure all products related enhancements and product roll-outs satisfy the F&U requirements without any deviation   - Participate in business process improvement/re-engineering initiatives across the company to help drive process improvements & efficiency.   - Participate in requirements gathering and responsible for business requirement document, participate in design, configuration, define testing scripts and participate in User Acceptance testing  - Actively track all product related functionalities till closure within committed timelines and ensure defect free deployment in production  STRATEGIC :   - Drive the First Time Right culture within the team and ensure defect free and timely delivery of F&U (File & Use) related requirements.   - Responsible for providing domain support, business requirement definition, UAT test case review support & participate in user acceptance testing.   - Work with internal customers across business streams to ensure that applications are designed and developed as per the approved requirements.   - Participate/Help drive quality initiatives across the company working with different business user groups, resulting in clear process improvement and cost saves (or revenue increase).   - Responsible for completion and delivery all projects within stated timeframes, in accordance with predefined quality measures.Should possess very strong communication and presentation skills.  - Ensure that the changes brought in are in line with overall business architecture model.   Competencies :  - Process oriented preferable with some insurance background   - Exposure to testing, business analysis on LIFE/Asia, BPMS environment is added advantage   - Problem Solving & Solution Orientation   - Sound communication & analytical skills   - Ability to think out of box   - Project Management   Education & Experience :  - Graduates/Post Graduates   - Insurance background and / or Business Analyst background   - 8 to 10 years of Life Insurance Domain   - Computer Science / BCA / MCA preferable   - Team Management experience   - PMP Certified / trained Preferable
