Organisational Unit: : Marketing   Function : Dy Manager - Branding and communication  Reporting to : VP, Marketing  Powers/Authority :  - Manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) programme  - Conceptualise & develop collaterals to drive NPS internally and externally  - Initiate and support process changes within organisation basis customer feedback  - Analyse NPS customer feedback regularly  - Interact and liaise with Medallia (service provider) to continuously improve the product offering for FGLI  Internal:  - Sales  - Operations / Customer Service / Call Centre  - IT  - Generali Group Office  External :   - Advertising agency  - NPS agency  Training, experience, skills required for the position :  - Experience of 1-2 years  - MBA preferred  - Excellent communication skills, perspective about Insurance category  - Ability to make good Power Point presentations and basic knowledge of Excel  - Efficiency in cross-functional stakeholder management  Main Duties :   - Driving and maintaining NPS programme within the organisation  - Coordinating with Sales, Operations, IT, Generali Group Office, and NPS agency on regular basis to ensure tasks are done and resolving stakeholder queries, if any  - Ensuring key NPS files are updated on time by coordinating with relevant stakeholders  - Providing training from time to time in coordination with L&D to ensure programme success  - Monitoring customer feedback on a regular basis to identify customer pain points and suggest solutions for the same; facilitate process changes to improve customer experience  - Preparing monthly bulletin to communicate the project success within the organisation  - Reporting to Generali Group Office as per the requirements  - Liaising with creative agency on developing collaterals  - Adhering to existing global Generali brand guidelines  The holder of the position must have the knowledge of how different verticals within the organisation work with specific emphasis on Operations / Sales. He/she must be pro-active to maintain the pace of implementation of planned activities.  Salary: Upto 8 LPA
