Job Title : Chief Information Security Officer   Branch / Location : Thane   Grade : Sr Manager  Reporting Relationship : CRO   Function / Department : Information Security   Organization Structure : Person will be responsible for overall Information Security program for the organization.  General Accountability : Person is expected to drive, execute and govern the Information security program within the organization. She/he shall be responsible for driving information security management systems initiatives that protects company' interest.   Nature & Scope of position :   - Develop, implement and enhance policy, information security policies, processes and procedure, Cyber Security Policy and risk management practices, in support to the business needs from time to time   - Identifying information security exposures, and mitigate the risk through policy, process, awareness and training for more effectively manage risks for the business  - Provide advice and support to management and information users in the implementation of Information and Cyber Security Policy  - Lead the information security initiatives with appropriate competencies and attitude to deliver the information security program, build team as necessary to achieve the objective  - Define and manage Security budgets  - Promote user awareness initiatives within the organization   Dimensions : Person will be responsible for managing Information Security for branches across PAN India   Specific Accountability :  - Effectively manage Information Security Management system  - ISO 27001 certification  - Achieve the measures as defined   - Demonstrate the compliance with the set policies, compliance to Regulator policies, Acts and other applicable regulations   Key relationship/ customers : All employees and partners who has been granted access to business applications are customers   Competencies :  - Information Security Practices   - Disaster Recovery Management   - Technical and Domain expertise of Security   - Risk Management   - Working knowlwdge of ISO 27001: 2013 management   Education & Experience :  - Bachelor of Engineering   - 3+ years of experience of Information Security Management
