Furtados School of Music - Technical Product Manager/Business Analyst

We are looking for an upbeat, organised Business Analyst responsible for managing the product development life cycle of our HIGH Platform ( App & Web)

You will work closely with marketing, sales & customer service to understand customers need and how we can address them. You will work closely with peers (Development Team, Graphic Designers) to execute the development and design of the product to address the market.

General Responsibilities:

- Customer Research: You will work with new, internal customers of the product to determine: their needs. Evaluate the data to determine gaps, then identify a plan to fill the data gaps by working with the technical team.

Product Management:

- Document As-Is process flows .

- Identify, track and resolve questions and issues.

- Thorough data & analysis on how customers are using our product; and how we can improve it. Thereby develop to-be process flows.

- Design the detailed workflow (including business rules) which needs to be executed.

- Establish Product Metrics and track the same. Track market and competition.

Preferred Skllls & Qualifications

- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability

- A motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.

- Familiarity with mobile & web technologies.

- Past experience in Mobile applications, eCommerce or Technology Organisation is valued but not required.

- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
