Furtados School of Music - Business Head

Salary range : 6 - 9 LPA

We are looking for a business development resource to grow and lead our business in Bangalore.

FSM operates in Bangalore through a retail centre to teach students; and through K-12 schools where are curriculum is taught. We are looking to grow and expand our operations in Bangalore.

The role will entail :

- Growing the business by laisoning with schools and preschools to make FSM a part of their school curriculum.

- Ensuring day to day functioning to the centre and schools are done efficiently. This will include managing a team of 10-15 teachers.

- Managing school relationships, events, reports, and parent interactions. In addition to meeting up with new schools; ensuring retention of existing schools and students is critical.

Skills Desired :

- 4-6 years sales experience is required (preferably in education business)

- Candidate should have excellent inter-personal skills and should have managed a team

This role will report directly to the CEO.
