Funtional Consultant - Finance & Costing Process

YOUR ROLE SUMMARY

Microsoft Dynamics AX CoE - Finance is responsible for effective management of the - Finance and Costing- processes and technology led improvements in the businesses across the globe that are using Microsoft Dynamics AX2012. Responsibilities include value adds to the business in terms of process improvements, governance and project execution and overall maintenance of the solutions deployed.

YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:

- Lead and support Finance and Costing process areas in MS Dynamics AX2012, across business units in 10+ countries.

- Interact with and manage key stakeholders in finance to ensure seamless business execution and drive enhanced value from ERP and other IT solutions through process standardization and integration.

- Responsible for managing the MS Dynamics AX implementation, upgrades, enhancements, new functionalities, business case development and performance measurement as needed by the businesses from time-to-time.

- Evaluate and recommend business process improvement solutions using industry best practices.

- Manage Application Management Support (through a team from our IT Partner) for Finance areas of MS Dynamics AX2012, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs.

- Drive implementation and adoption of business analytics and KPIs using solutions like BI and Qlikview.

QUALIFICATION

- CA / ICWA / CS / MBA-Finance

- MS Dynamics AX 2012 Finance Certification

- MS Dynamics AX 2012 Trade and Logistics certification preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Strong knowledge on MS Dynamics AX2012 Finance and integration with other modules. Knowledge of other ERPs like SAP preferred.

- Good stakeholder and people management skills.

- Strong knowledge of Change Management processes.

- Strong functional knowledge of finance and costing processes.

- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication with an attention to detail and ability to impart ideas in both technically and user-friendly language.

EXPERIENCE

- 6-8 years- experience of MS Dynamics AX 2012, focused in Finance and Costing.

- Additional experience in Trade and Logistics or Manufacturing modules preferred.

- Atleast 3 years- experience in implementation, preferably in consumer goods industry

- 2 or more end to end MS Dynamics AX 2012 implementations + 1 or more support project

- 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience
