Job Description : Manager Key Accounts  Job Title : Manager-key Accounts  Department : Sales   Reporting to : Regional Manager & Sales Coordination  Location : Gurgaon / Delhi NCR  Role of BDM :   - To tap the bigger residential, commercial, retail and infrastructure projects.  - Identifying business potential by meeting the target contacts, also collecting info on new prospects from industrial contacts, FBP's & then reaching out by mailers, one to one meetings, cold calls etc.   - Focus on ABI (Architects, Builders/Developers and Infrastructure Companies for product approval and specification.  - Relationship Management: Frequent interaction and personal touch with ABI to be known by person. To act as the day to day manager and central point of contact for the partnership, ensuring the strategy is fully implemented and partnership well serviced.  - To devise and implement strategic campaigns with businesses, corporate houses, architects, builders, developers, etc.   - To workout with key accounts as a solution provider (with all technical understanding) and explore each account for maximum extraction.  - To be aware of all the competition activities and their movements in our related segment.  - To promote the complete basket of FunderMax offerings to its key accounts.. etc.  Focus Areas :   - Focus is Key ABI  - Define Target Key Accounts, Builders, Infrastructure companies, PMC and work on conversion   - Strategic Alliance with Professional Key Installation companies, trade partners / OEMs for new products  - Prospective FBPs in new Vertical segments based on Market Potential & as per our Strategy plan requirement   - Networking by participation in Trade related events, seminars, expositions, Architects Meets, etc.,  Day & Travel Schedule :   - Delhi NCR region & others if specifically informed  - Balance between Backend office and Front end calls with focus on Prospective Key Accounts.  Reaching the Key Accounts :   - Define Key Prospective Accounts & prioritise for focus. Market calls by personal visits, either through appointments, cold calls, scanning information, etc.,   Performance Measurement :   - Conversion of Key Prospective Accounts within defined Time period  - Specification/product approval : approval and specification with the documentary proof and area mentioned.  - Contribution of atleast 50 Target Key Accounts in a year spilt periodically by either order break or through specification   - Company achieving Total Qly / Annual Target with necessary EBIT.  Reporting Structure :   - Reports are necessity & should be proactive & address the recipient requirement of knowing the business through medium of your respective reports in defined format.   - Monthly basis: Consolidated Summary report, Key Accounts Progressive status report with action plan   - MIS reports sent to immediate superior, i.e. Head-BS with copy to MD  - All appointments and miuntes of meetings to be updated on CRM on regular basis  - All prospects / projects are to be defined in CRM.  - CRM report shall be sacrosanct for all performance measurement supportings.  - Compulsory usage of tools like CRM.  - Submission of Travel expenses not later than 30 days from the date of incurring the expense.  Qualification Requirement:   Qualifications : Bachelor's Engineering Degree. Preferably from Architectural / Civil/ Mechanical. Plus MBA  Skills/Experience:   - Having worked in reputed company in Sales & Marketing function in Building Materials Industry in Middle / Senior position   - Good working, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and ability to use databases  Key Attributes:  - Self Motivated  - Hands on Person  - Disciplined & Good team player  - Ability to plan & Organize oneself   - Proven track record of achieving targets consistently  - Problem solving ability & delivering solutions overcoming obstacles  - Networking skills  - Good Negotiation skills   - Willingness to extensively travel  - Efficient reporting MIS competence  - Well informed and updated about market  - Technical understanding.
