Summary:

We are looking for Functional/Technical Business Analysts (BAs) with WSI Xceptor experience, to work on the configuration of the - Xceptor Network Data Hub module.

Resources will look after following aspects of the configuration:

- Configuration of Brokerage rules and Fee calculations for company's existing set of Brokers and Fee schedules

- Technical setup of Xceptor modules for automated consumption of Broker Documents (Trade extracts/confirmations, Broker invoices, Fee schedules - In .csv, .xls, .pdf, etc..)

- Configuration of workflows within Xceptor for Broker onboarding, Fee Schedule upload, Invoice Reconciliation processes

- Configure reports / extracts within Xceptor for relevant MIS reports

- Resources will also be involved in the technical support of the Xceptor environments, and setup/support of EOD and Batch processes.

Profiles:

Func/Tech BA profiles with Xceptor experience:

- Functional/Technical BA with 5+ experience.

- Experience with broker products and systems, across FX / IRD / Commodities

- Hands-on experience on the Xceptor platform, ideally with exposure to the Network Data Hub module

- Team workers, with experience of working in project environments

Roles and responsibility:

- Analysis of the Brokerage Rules and Fee Calculations and user requirements around the same

- Analysis of sample Broker documents (standard trade files, fee schedules and Invoices) communicated by users

- Analysis of reporting requirements from the different user groups

- Configuration of fee rules as per user requirements

- Configuration of standard File upload formats as per user requirements and provided samples

- Configuration of MIS extracts as per user requirements

- Unit testing, integration testing and regression testing

- UAT support for end users, and production deployment of the Brokerage solution

- Ability to interact with the Operations Brokerage users, as well as project stakeholders from Business or Technology
