Functional HR Head - Manufacturing Group

Job Purpose : Partner with businesses to drive human resource processes and programs that support the short & long-term goals of the organization. Oversee administrative functioning of HR processes/ department and deliver high quality, cost effective services to meet human resource needs of the organization.

Key Deliverable's :

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, benchmark organization practices, and implement best practices.

- Contribute to the development of strategies that will help to achieve the organization's mission and core objectives and improve operations and delivery of functional area.

- Plan, direct and administer various human resource processes and programs in line with overall human resource strategy.

- Research, analyze data, reports, and drive HR project goals and progress.

- Manage communication, implementation and review of policies and procedures.

- Build capability of team members through training, mentoring, job rotation, etc.

- Assist managers and business leaders in carrying out their responsibilities on human resource matters.

Other Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the organization's compensation and benefits are help to attract and retain the talent.

- Advise the senior managers of the company about the personnel policies, procedures and actions required to ensure that the company makes the best use of talent.
