Role Description - Plan & Deliver SAP HCM projects to support a broader IT Strategy for India delivery program

- Deep Experience with SAP HCM implementations or user

- Experience with SAP HCM Pre-Sales, Orals, RFP Response

- SAP HCM knowledge/expertise to lead projects in PA/OM, Payroll, Time, Talent Management BI, etc.

- Excellent Oral & Written communications

- Excellent Stakeholder & Customer management experience

- Strong Project management experience
