Functional Consultant_Business Analyst_Pune

Job Requirements

- Analytical ability to understand, elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements and their impact to business objectives

- Understanding of SDLC and business analysis artifacts

- Demonstrated ability to identify and highlight deviations between current and to-be states and effectively communicate to primary stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to define user acceptance strategies and test plans.

- Must have high technical aptitude as well as business process analysis.

- Must have excellent communications skills and be prepared to work with cross-functional teams in Client Services, Operations, and/or IT

- Experience with e Commerce, Order Management, Warehouse Management systems is a plus

Required Skills :

- Experience authoring Functional Requirements, Statement of Work, Test Plans/Test Cases, and ICDs (mapping documentation)

- GAP analysis documentation for customer migrations

- Creation of Training Materials for new solutions or customer implementations

- Demo enterprise technologies to internal and external customers as needed

- Project ownership and delivery for smaller projects managed outside of the PMO

- Work with other teams within or outside of IT on solution design to best align project needs with our go-forward IT strategy and tools.
