Well established in the market and carries a Brand name.  Job Description:  - Create project plans and establish timelines to ensure milestones are achieved using industry accepted tools, (i.e.ERP/CRM and upcoming business enabling projects)  - Take corrective actions as required to deliver complete scope, as desired quality, in time and within budget  - Identify gaps or overlaps and negotiate scope adjustments not only with the corresponding project managers but also with executives and sponsors; identify resources needed and assign roles and responsibilities  - Ensure change management process is utilized effectively to ensure satisfaction and scope/risk management  - Create SOPs for internal Project Management bench marking and PMI methodology and procedures to the degree required by each project  - Assist with budget creation and forecasting of project costs  - Participate in project and IT resource planning  - Establish, measure and monitor adherence to quality standards and plans that focus on continuous improvements; communicate possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers  - Contribute to continuously improving project management practices within the enterprise  based on performance analysis, lessons learned, project archives, etc  - Develop and deploy training and assistance for technology projects; works with others to develop materials and deliver content  Additional Responsibilities:  - Effectively communicate relevant project information to all stakeholders  - Facilitate team meetings; run project meetings with both technical and non-technical attendees  - Resolve and/or escalate issues and risks in a timely fashion  - Obtain formal sign off at completion of various project stages  - Participate in technology planning and strategy activities to ensure business objectives are being addressed  - Performs other duties as assigned
