KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:  - Manage monthly management reporting to HQ covering detailed financial and non- financial analysis of the monthly performance.  - Deliver detailed top down and branch up plans and midyear forecast which are commercially sound for all business.  - Create monthly rolling forecast for all the businesses.  - Interface with technology team for all the automation projects for the unit.  - Analyses and interprets financial reports and makes appropriate recommendations.  - Ensures ongoing forecast is correct in terms of volumes, revenue, costs etc.  - Provides various financial analyses to facilitate decision making.  - Monitors and analyses Market Unit performance against budget and forecast.  - Manage the detailed business performance analysis,  - Perform detailed analysis of functional expenses and help in driving cost saving initiatives,  - Owner of management books and maintain reconciliation between management books Vs local books.  - Handle product profitability & branch profitability for all the businesses.  - Analyses and interprets financial reports and makes appropriate recommendations.  - Handle the allocation of expenses and transfer pricing to various businesses, branches and products.  Experience & Qualification required:  Charterered Accountant with relevant experience of 8 years and above
