Job Title : Product Manager, Mortgages

Function / Department : Rural

Purpose of the Job :

- Captain the Mortgage product for FICC Gramshakti to customize product design and restructure basis market realities. Provide long term vision and blueprint for scaling up.

KPIs against each perspective :

Perspective & Key Performance Indicators :

Business : Drive business in all the states by hand holding the field team and working in tandem with them to market, sell and support the product

Customer Focus : Increase visibility of the product among prospective customer base. Customize the offering vis-- -vis need of the customers and competition.

People / Team : Lead the field team towards ensuring optimal performance of the product. Collect feedback and act on them to smoothen out the conduct of business.

Process / Quality Improvement : Train resources to ensure that business grows with a robust compliance and process framework in place.

Task performed :

- Captain cross functional team to market, sell and support the product

- Communicate product vision to the field for execution

- Branch activation for the offering

- Centrally drive the product

- Process streamlining and implementation

- Drive product offerings basis competitive analysis and feedback from the field

- Contain/Monitors vitals like Over Dues Dues, deferrals etc

- Ability to analyze the product on both macro and micro levels and act accordingly
