Role : Manager/Senior Manager - IT Infra Management
This role is primarily responsible for :
Enterprise IT Infra Management :
- Data Center Mgmt and Ops
- Server Provisioning
- Active Directory Services
- Windows & Linux Server Support
- Messaging & Collaboration (Qmail, Exchange, Antispam, BB, Mobile mail)
- Virtualization - Citrix; VMWare ; HyperV
- DNS
- AV/EPO
- Enterprise Licensing
- Database
- Internet Domain renewals
- Fullerton India website infra mgmt
Project Management :
- Design & Deployment
- New Technology setups
- Technology Upgrade & Refresh
- Catering to Digital Initiatives
People / Stake holder Management :
- Team Management (Off Role staff)
- FICC LT
- Infra face-off to the App team
- Spoc for Microsoft engagement
- Face-off to Audit
- Face-off to the Digital team
Cost & Financial management (with regards to the above) :
- Budgeting
- Invoicing
- AMC & Renewals
Key Performance Indicators :
- Deliver Financial Outcomes and cost control - Optimize Technology Costs through Effective Cost Management/Control
- 25 % Reduction on Hardware & 15 % Reduction on Software requirements in Projects undertaken.
- Collaborate with centralised procurement team to achieve savings in related IT Procurement
- Day to day service operations (such as server, backup, incident, problem, change, capacity and business continuity and disaster recovery management.) with data-center best practices and standards linked to ITIL
- Implement effective infra solutions to support new business initiatives
- Ensure 99.5 % uptimes for all system in purview - Email/Messaging (Exchange, Qmail), Directory Services, Citrix Xen App, AV/EPO, DNS, Internet DNS, Blackberry, Antispam.
- Provide assistance to business solutions team to deliver new business initiatives
- To ensure the IT Data Center operations on a very high standard and ensuring 100% availability, reliability and maintainability
- Cater to both Digital & Non-Digital projects
- Create an environment that provides staff with clarity and direction in their roles and enable them to perform to the best of their abilities.
- Control overall Attrition
- Efficient tracking of budgets/payments.
- Achieve Technology architecture that is scalable, Ensure ability to monitor performance and ensure that regular MIS reporting in done by the vendor.
- Design, recommend and escalate (If not implemented) all the necessary monitoring parameters
