Job Title : Manager/ Sr Manager - HC Systems
Function Department : Human Capital

Reporting Manager : SVP- Human Capital
Purpose of the Job :
- Responsible for support and maintenance of HRIS, regular updates on various tools available on HRIS and generation of dashboards through HRIS.
Describe the KPIs against each perspective :
Perspective & Key Performance Indicators :
Business :
- Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancements of HRIS, HMS and HRDMS.
- Control and Maintain user access rights for various HR roles and HRIS users in FICC.
- Guide and transfer knowledge to Regional/Local HC on updates and changes on various modules of HRIS.
- Manage and control the production issues on HRIS.
- Implementation of product enhancements through the system support and IT team
Customer Focus :
- Consider requirements post Financial Benefit Analysis and complete all requirements within defined TAT.
- Monitoring and streamlining of all HC system related issues to ensure harmonization between all HC systems and end users.
People / Team :
- Undertake training, development and initiatives for knowledge transfer with HC team members on HC system and related queries.
Process / Quality Improvement :
- Regular Audit on system access and compensation for all businesses.
- Regular data and system audit and ensuring corrective actions by the HC team
Decision making authority (Describe the authority permitted to take decisions, and those you are expected to recommend) :

- Back-end Uploads (excel, word docs, pdfs) - this includes portal, employee data, compensation letters etc.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Maintaining of employee related documentation for data upload
- Maintenance of user rights both database and screen access level
- UAT testing and sign offs
- Query Resolution & Production issue closures
- Development of new requirements (end to end), Bug Fixing

- Ability to effectively interact with senior management and to respond effectively to sensitive or confidential inquiries.
Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge :
- Ideally have 3 - 5 years experience in Maintenance of HRIS modules.
- Ability to question current practice and suggest novel solutions
- Knows and understands the business, business strategy and needs.
- Understanding HTML coding / structures / scope document preparation
Any specific specialization/education :
- Preferably MBA
- Systems background
