Key Performance Indicators

- Process Initiatives

- Systems Enhancements, Implementation and migration (FinnOne (CAS/LMS),BRMF,BR.NET,MI-FIN,CRMLOS,Oracle etc)

- Management of Internal Control Unit items

- Accounting for Operations related processes.

- Business Requirement Document / UAT reviews, Internal Control checks, Proofing.

- Control Related MIS.

- Process Review and Control within Operations

- Identify cost saving opportunities with timelines for implementation

- Automate routine tasks

- Ensure TAT is adhered to

- Ensure contingency plans are in place for all services.

- Team management.

- Skill Building

- Grievance Redressal

- Needs Identification

- Employee Retention

- Every employee has SMART goals.

- Identify opportunities for growth

- Create an environment for each of them to deliver their best.

- Identify key trainings for employees to attend.

- Ensure satisfactory rating in Audit with no high risk items.

- No non-greens in RCR review of self-assessments.

- Ensure proper monitoring & tracking of proofing GL's.

- Deliver Operations Manual

- Track on root cause of errors, impact analysis, re-engineering of processes to make it more stringent and robust.

- Project objectives to be aligned with Corporate/Business goals

- Use Six Sigma techniques to bring about quality improvements(preferred).

- Adherence to laid down procedures and improve those procedures in line with the changing environment

- Process changes through system enhancements

- Ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
