Key Performance Indicators:  - Audit assignments completed versus planned  - Potential savings for organization identified through audits  - Feedback from Board and Audit Committee  - Coverage of key risks   - Completion of audit as per schedule   - Customer complaints versus commendations  - Proportion of recommendations accepted.   - Audit process improvement initiatives  - Projects undertaken to drive process improvements Perform special/ surprise audits as initiated by the internal audit head on request of CEO/Business functions/ Audit committee.  Expertise required:   CA with indepth experience in Compliance is mandatory. Exposure to audit and other specialization such as CISA/Financial Risk Management preferable.
