Description Sells complex technical products and/or services across all product lines to assigned accounts and territory. This position is a key sales role involving managing, developing and growing Fujitsu's business in a defined territory.   Specific Duties and Tasks :  - Taking the lead role in the positioning, refinement, and promotion of Fujitsu's global portfolio offering to grow business in the define territory.  - Taking full responsibility for client relationship management strategies, plans, and execution activities relating to the target clients and re-seller partners.  - Pipeline management and growth, including identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities.  - Representing Fujitsu at all levels and contributing in a positive way to its long-term performance, reputation and success.  - Influencing an array of strategic alliances with specific focus on enhancing Fujitsu's value proposition in define territory.   Requirements Experience/Knowledge :  - Ideally, the candidate will have a strong industry background and a demonstrable track record in the sale of HPC, Big Data solutions including storage, servers, analytics, BI, and associated services.   - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline will be highly regarded.  - Minimum 6 years sales experience in high performance computing working with customer management and decision makers.  To be successful candidates must demonstrate the following :  - Consultative sales ability & strategic selling skills in a large corporate environment and reseller partners  - Demonstrated significant sales achievement   - Broad IT background.  - Previous experience selling HPC, Big Data, BI, storage, server solutions and services.  - Empathy for working in highly complex/mature and emerging business environments.  - Experience in managing large-scale, highly complex, technology-based solutions through the approval process in large, hierarchical organizations.   - Presentation and communication skills to business and technical customers.  - Proven ability to engage with, and knowledge of, third party alliances.  Specific Skills :  - Analytical and strategic planning skills.  - Able to manage complex tenders.  - Effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.  - Skilled at fostering and managing long-term client relationships   - Outstanding written and oral skills and an ability to present confidently to both small and large groups at all levels.  - Proven commercial, negotiation and representation capacity.  - Able to negotiate and close contractual agreements.  - Able to maintain business development activity across a diverse solutions portfolio and territory while maintaining clear focus and structure.  Personal Qualities :  - Results orientated.  - Strong work ethic  - Able to work effectively in a team and on their own  - Creative problem solving skills  - Analytical but also able to think strategically and tactically  - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills  - Well developed organizational skills  - Selfless, Creative, Customer focused
