Front Office Capital Markets - Techno-Functional Analyst - Bank

Position: Front Office Capital Markets Techno-functional analyst

Role:

- Work closely with Global Front Office Capital Markets/ Investment Banking teams, understand their business drivers and work closely to build solutions/ models/ reports/ business analytics/ dashboards and metrics building to make the business more efficient from a revenue and resource perspective

- Work on strategic projects within these businesses

- Interact with IT for system improvements/ escalations

- Do MIS reporting and maintain the database for MIS reporting

Requirements:

- Engg+ MBA (Premier Institutes)

- 2-4 yrs of experience in Capital Markets

- Advanced Excel, SQL, VBA, MS Access, Qlikview, Dashboard tools

- Comprehensive knowledge of Capital Markets/ Prime Brokerage/ OTC Derivatives/ Securities Lending/ Hedge funds

- Technical knowledge of database development and management

- Highly analytical and numerate with exceptional problem solving abilities

- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Should be very smart and confident

- Good relationship management skills and stakeholder management skills
