Own full gamut of FB paid marketing (not page management) efforts at Freshmenu. The channel is undercooked but an important one for growth, so this is a high visibility and crucial role. You will be responsible for coming up with new campaign ideas, execution, and optimization of the channel. You will run campaigns for user acquisition, remarketing and retention. Need to be number savvy as well as creative.  - Facebook marketing experience is must.  - Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and turn things around fast.  - Number savvy, understand web and app tracking systems  - Ability to work with graphic teams to develop appealing creatives and come up with eye catching copies.  - An experience of working on more channels (Adwords / Affiliate Networks) would be a huge plus.  - Experience of working with a growth start-up will be a plus
